This all unfolded in New York a day before 9/11. It was even said that Michael slept in and missed a meeting at the World Trade Center because he was exhausted from this show. It is very possible that some of these people in the audience died on 9/11. The show wasn't aired on TV until 9/13. so for some people watching this on tv was a way to bring the world back together. Michael had so many legendary famous guests at this show who all have recalled just how surreal it was find out that they narrowly escaped the tragic events of 9/11. RIP to all of those lost in 9/11. RIP Michael and thank you for being the GOAT. And Thank you Magical for remastering this footage ❤❤❤
