As you can tell this is a very emotional song, the other music video version is even more riveting where it actually has him in it directly.

This song breaks me up too. The first time I heard it was when my daughters and I had picked up their father's ashes and cleared out his apartment. I was trying to comfort them. This song came on and the girls were singing it and crying because they missed their dad. He died suddenly and it was a shock for them. It was the first time my middle daughter could cry after he died the week before.

I’ve just discovered this song and I’ve been bawling my eyes out through this whole video. It hit me hard and made me realise a few things about myself and my life. Wow, literally this has changed my life in 4 minutes. A very powerful song (and video)

The song itself is beautiful. The video makes it a one in a decade work of art. Hats off to the director with the foreshadowing, the fact that the main character passed his wifes heart while he was walking in the park, the way the little girl put the heart as her mom's body. The fact that the woman who has the heart instantly lets him touch her chest to feel how strong it is and how part of his wife is still alive.
