Trump *offered* tax breaks to the richest business owners contingent on them moving the production and distribution ends of their businesses back into the United States, which was the biggest driver in the most successful employment boom here in thirty years, just before the shut down of "non essential" businesses (into which most manufacturing positions, like mine at the time, fell).
