Great video! A Little tip—supersaturate your salt solution (boil your water vigorously above boiling point and add in salt until it can’t dissolve any more). Pop it into a fridge in a large surface area glass dish and get a fork and scratch the bottom of the glass bottom (it acts as a seed nucleus to grow your salt). Pop it into a fridge so the solution goes into recrystallization and you should have flat flaky salt. You could theoretically put it in the freezer without the water freezing since it’s a supersaturated solution, but it could potentially break your glass container due to thermal shock. 😅

Leave it in an open space. DONT TOUCH THEM for 2 days if you want flakey salt. You can also do variations with it.
