This is my first video as introduction and yes I am looking tired and exhausted but this is how a natural 40+ lifter looks at home without any special effects.

This video is about why I started this journey and all over again at this stage. This is also an accountability video and what a natural lifter over 40 year can achieve.

I will share lot of information mostly about my failures and how my approach is different now.

This is a long term goal and would like people to connect with me if they want to transform their health and physique.

I have also earned a certified fitness and nutrition coach certification from fittr to gain and share more knowledge on fitness.
