Okay so I'm pretty much towards the end of the game and I still did not do this quest I'm way overpowered is it still possible to do?

how do you get your character to regenerate hp+mp overtime during battle? Is it an item or a skill?

I don't know why people don't seem to understand this but when you upload videos like this give commentary or don't do it at all something is always Lost in Translation when you don't used commentary
