The battle for water at Kota Top

For this tiny settlement of Gujjars in Jammu's Doda district, the struggle to get a piped water connection has spanned several years now. And they relive the pain every day when their young ones exhaust their mornings fetching water from a tiny, dirty spring several kilometres downhill.
