just a quick note for those who extract the projects and it turns into a folder instead of a .zip:

instead of clicking on 'Existing Projects into Workspace' click on 'Projects from Folder or Archive'. There you'll be able to click on the folder you want to import. Also which ever folder you choose you cannot change the location of it. For instance if the folder you extracted the projects from is on your desktop, then the folder has to stay on your desktop in order for you to access the projects :)
