I was there in Kesennuma the coast of Miyagi. I was only 7 at the time but I remember how countless of fishing boats were washed away and Kesennuma was one of the largest fish industry in all of Japan and the blow was immense after 12 years Kesennuma has been rebuilt and become the 11th largest fishing industry in Japanese
