Quick question, at 7:34 shouldn't you place all 4 tiles of the armor over your existing bag so the whole item has tiles beneath it?

I’m also confused about the written rules. Mine say “Dungeons are only flipped if no player can complete them”... what does that mean? If you are successful for a Dungeon, do you take that card for loot OR still take one of the wide cards and flip the dungeon?
