Animals have the capacity to suffer and as a species that believes itself to be humane, we humans should practice that compassion and thus we must not be responsible for the suffering of others on the scale of trillions. It’s crazy to think how I thought animals were food at one point in my life. I thought “if i have this meat then why not that animal skin” and on and on so I didn’t stop to think. I am so grateful I made the connection because honestly it’s the one decision in my life that I know for a fact has made it better. Funny how doing something kind to animals makes me feel better when it’s not about me.

Yet slavery is widely practiced globally still today & dogs and cats are widely “gassed” by animal control societies in major metropolitan cities all over the United States and other 1st world / Western countries. Definitely, veganism is the answer and the future. It’s a great talk here with many excellent points. Thank you for your service Khurana.
