i liked the over the shoulder into hte mirror view as well as the mic during deadlift. 2 new sort of angles/ideas i haven't seen much before, if at all. gotta love that jingle of the plates you could hear during deadlifts. a glorious noise!

Your squats execution are perfect ! As long as you keep respecting the warm-up and loading the bar gradually, you should always be able to feel your limit, thus avoiding another low-back injury. But I am noticing that your low-back is very strong already because I am usually not able to dead-lift after a squat session.
I am enjoying watching your videos thanks to your happy positive way of thinking mixed with your humble personality.

I had a slipped disc my l4 disc this time last year. I started back squatting in August again. I've been using great form and not ego lifting so I haven't had any problems. But of course everyone is different so best of luck to you
