Trying to mixdown in Mixcraft 9 pro- a song to MP3 for XM radio, they require 320mbps. When I mix down I get something like 192mbps. How do I get it to 320?

In wave RT exclusive mode I can't lower the buffer... I am using windows 10... But I remember I could lower it up to 3 milisecond in win 7..
