I don't understand why you'd want to know the minutes and distance from those places to downtown. I live in Frisco and i haven't been to downtown Dallas in 10 years.

Very long post coming...

In my opinion, the given travel times to various important points is way too low (liberal). That's the time it might take with NO traffic. With traffic, double the times, especially if there is congestion, rush hour, or accidents (very common).

Plano = too old. A lot of the roads really suck. Well, all the roads I've been on really suck, and that's from being bounced around in Mercedes S-Class and Audi A8Ls. I can't imagine what it would be like in a regular car. Oh, wait, I can. I test drove a Tesla Model 3, a Model S and even a Lucid Air in Plano and it was horrible. Highly rated Plano ISD. 30min to Frisco and McKinney, 40min to airport, 1 hour to Fort Worth, Dallas, Arlington (sports),
Frisco = nice but too far away (from things important to me). Iirc, two different ISDs cover Frisco (so check that when considering moving to Frisco). 1 hour to airport, 1.5hrs to Fort Worth, Dallas, Arlington (sports). OTOH, there is plenty of action and entertainment in Frisco itself. Median home price $700k for older homes. New construction is rare and mostly expensive.
McKinney = add 15min to 20min more time for travel compared to Frisco to major places. Median home price $500k for older homes. New construction is rare and more expensive.
Prosper = add 15 min to 20 min more time for travel compared to Frisco to major places. More new construction with median home price of $850k.
Celina = almost guaranteed HOA, PID, MUD and add even more time for travel compared to Frisco. The "small town vibe" of Celina is not going last with the expansion that is going on. Anyone buying a home in Celina should think of staying long term because there is so much new construction, demand for older homes is reduced (unless discounted). Lots of new construction. Median home price of $600k.

Here are my takes on other North and Northeast DFW suburbs:
Westlake = just west of Southlake and very expensive (median home is like $3m). If you can afford it, this is the place to be. They have their own private school system (Westlake Academy), but Westlake residents can opt for Carroll ISD (Southlake's highly rated public school district).

Southlake = expensive, but convenient if you can afford it. Lots of shopping and entertainment (e.g. Southlake Town Square). Within 10-15 min to airport and 40 min to major places/attractions (Fort Worth, Dallas, Arlington). Median home price $1.8m.

Colleyville = Just south of Southlake and part of the Grapevine/Colleyville ISD. 10-15 min to airport and 40 min to major places. Median home price $1.3m.

Grapevine = East of Southlake, next to the airport. Less than 10 min to airport. Close to major attractions (~40min). Median home price $600k.

Flower Mound = This is where I live (after losing out on several Westlake properties, I settled in a private lakeside gated/guarded community)...mostly less expensive, more rural/semi-rural in west (just the way I like it). Safe, has all major shopping (and Grapevine Mills Mall is close) but less major entertainment options in town. Slightly lower taxes than Tarrant County. East Flower Mound is part of Lewisville ISD, west is part of Argyle ISD. Close to everything: 20min to airport, 30min to Denton, 40min to Frisco, Plano, Dallas, Fort Worth, Arlington. Homes in private gated communities can be expensive ($2m to $10m). Median home price $660k for older homes, $1.3m-$2m+ for new construction. This might change in coming years with a proposed major development of 1000 acres in west Flower Mound (Argyle ISD) that aims to add approximately 20k-30k new residents.

Coppell = east of Grapevine, north of and right next to DFW airport. Highly rated Coppell ISD (high Asian population of 30%). 10min to airport, 45min to 50min to Fort Worth, Dallas, Arlington. Median home price of $400k.

Lewisville = north of Grapevine and Coppell. I35-E goes through Lewisville. 20min to airport, 25 min Frisco, 50min to Fort Worth, Arlington, Dallas. Mostly lower priced homes that are often older (e.g. pre-2000, some even older than that). Although Lewisville ISD also covers east Flower Mound, LISD's schools in Lewisville are not as highly rated. Median home price $420k..

Keller = west of Southlake and south of Westlake (say that five times fast!). Not as convenient as Southlake, but still close to major places/attractions. 20min-30min to airport and Fort Worth, 40min to Arlington and Dallas. Keller ISD is in the process of deciding whether to split into two ISDs (east Keller, right next to Southlake, is richer than west Keller). Median home price of $520k.

Argyle = northwest of Flower Mound and northeast of Northlake. More rural, semi-rural (at least until the proposed new development for Flower Mound) therefore more conservative (for now). Highly rated Argyle ISD (teachers may be carrying). A bit further out. 40min to airport, 1 hr to Fort Worth, Arlington, and Dallas. Median home price $600k.

Northlake = West of Flower Mound. Part of NorthWest ISD (rated B, so not as good as ISDs previously mentioned). Less convenient for other places (40 min to airport, 1 hr to Fort Worth, Arlington, Dallas), but close to I35-W which gives easy access to Denton and Oklahoma City in the north and Waco, Austin, and San Antonio in the south. Lots of new construction with median home price of $620k.

All of these are northern towns/suburbs! Southern cities like Mansfield, DeSoto, Waxahachie and more were not mentioned. I wonder why🤨

There are so many errors. It would also help if you used the correct pronunciation.
