Hello from Bulgaria! Few days i'm trying to connect my android app to the database without any success, cos some classes are deprecated, till i find you'r tutorial and everything goes clean and simple! Thank you for the AWESOME tutorial, keep it up and take care! :)

Brilliant. Works fine for me. I did have an issue with retrieving the entries to show students but realised the php file was in CAPS for student. Changed student to lower case and it worked.

For anyone wondering why there is a big red underline error

the JsonObjectRequest takes now 4 params instead of 3, just set the 3. one to null and the rest as it is
