I was a little thrown off the first time I watched this. Let me see if this is correct:

So, in the example, the current limit if the retiree is at FRA (Full Retirement Age) would be $56, 520, but the retiree in the example is 2 years from FRA (65, not 67), so her limit is lower at $21, 240 meaning that the $40, 000 she made is $18, 260 over the limit reducing her benefits by $782, almost $800 less per month. Right?
