I'm sure someone told you already what it is that it says in braille but it in the bubble it says "Hot Wheels Twin Mill" each word has a braille character to indicate the first letter is capitalized. On the back it says "68" as braille use the first 10 letters plus a number character to write numbers, so there it is that character and then the F and H character. On the bottom of the car it also says "Hot Wheels Twin Mill" been looking for the casting in Mexico city since it launched and got not luck. Only with the resalers that pumped the price as twice it is worth... I don't know anyone personally that reads braille but I think braille it's pretty awesome
