I got cheated on when I was 19. I’m 28 now, and I STILL remember the inner turmoil and sickness I felt finding out. I can only imagine being married with a young child. After that, I vowed to always be a girls’ girl and never get with a man with a girlfriend or wife.

I completely agree. My first year and a bit after having my baby I was at my most vulnerable and cannot imagine how painful it would be to have a husband cheat on you after you’ve had their baby and your already rock bottom.

She is complete trash, BUT he opened my eyes to what a piece of shit my ex husband really was. She was not the first woman he cheated on me with. She was the first woman I had the proof. My parents broke up before I was born (my dad cheated with multiple women) and I’m at least glad it happened before I could remember. It’s not ideal, and sometimes it does make me sad that I don’t have any memories with both my parents. But they were extremely difficult to deal with my entire life without being together, I couldn’t imagine how toxic they would be together. Staying together for the kids is one of the worst thing you could do imo.

My father has been with the woman he cheated with for my entire life. They were going to get divorced but she used me as an excuse. They’re miserable together and decided to add a baby on top of it. I know they’ve cheated on each other too. Like just get divorced and coparent instead of forcing your kids to think that toxic relationships are okay. I was in an abusive relationship for 6 years because I thought cheating and treating your partner bad were normal things that guys did. Divorce sucks but sometimes it’s necessary. Cheating ruins everything for everyone.

Cheating never has an excuse. She is an adult, if she cannot fathom hurting someone by breaking up with them, HOW DARE SHE DESTROY THEM BY CHEATING. She is disgusting. If you’re her fan after this, and try defending her, you deserve to have the same shit she did, happen to your relationship. Either you condone cheating or not. No excuses.
