Remove these from your Resume #resume #jobsearch #jobapplication

While everything else is debatable, I am 100% sure your Resume does not need these :-

1. Company logos
This is gonna mess up your formatting majorly and why do you even want to include them!!

2. Weird bar graphs & charts quantifying your skills
How can you fill up 3 circles on decision making & 4 for communication? On what grounds & Why?

3. Multi dimensional text boxes
Why are you including hexagon, circle, rhombus, triangle etc. as text boxes? Just write it as is na.

4. Varied fonts sizes and font types throughout the resume
Why do you want your Resume to look like a circus routine?

The end goal of any resume, whatever be your profile or whichever part of the world you are in is to :-

✔ Make it simple & easy to read
✔ Align it with the job role
✔ Present your impact as distinctively as possible

For a recruiter/hiring manager to take action, you have to make them want to continue reading and retain attention.
