Patrick Harrington is the founder-owner of Kindness Yoga, a donation-based collection of studios that hosts scores of teachers and tens of thousands of yoga students annually. Patrick is the father of two girls and a husband. He and his family now live in Nosara, Costa Rica and frequently travel back to Denver, Colorado to lead workshops and tend to their yoga studios there.

I'm a Yoga instructor from Wash, DC who hosts Yoga Retreats in Jaco/Playa Hermosa but coming to Playa Hermosa Guanacaste and Nosara in May to check out some new venues....and to enjoy Yoga as a student. I hope to take some classes at your studio. Thanks for such good info.

I loved the part where he asks himself? "Was it the perfect timing to move to CR?" - so true. We all keep postponing and we don't realize that time is so precious and life is short. Just do it (not a NIKE commercial)

more westerners and chinese etc there then more for business then monkeys are will disappear also natures costarican or centural american did not go for much of industry so nature survived. go for natures r soothing and enjoyable all species look at that beautiful birds and monkeys one more time then u will know what soothing mean
