"It's been fun, we have conversations and stuff with the coaches, but I'm kind of like, I show up and I just try to be ready for whatever it is, but it's good. I think we're trying to find this happy medium and happy balance of like, ‘Hey, let's be realistic with what we're going to ask you to do this season and make sure that you're getting the time and reps on those things,' and man, I thought the last three days has been really great from that standpoint. That communication between me and the staff and what that is has been really good as well."

Tayson Hill needs to be used a lot more, it doesn't matter what role he plays, I just want him to play a lot more. Last year Dennis Allen barely used him at all, so I think he's going to be using a lot more in this offense

What I think is unique about Hill vs other players? The surprise factor. You never know what he's going to do. Why is this important? Because it sells tickets! People love to watch the guy play! The NFL has become so specialized, so predictable, every player has his role and that's it. How boring can that be? Taysom Hill is a FOOTBALL PLAYER. He's very good at it. And you never know what he's going to do. Which makes things very entertaining. Which is what football is.
