In this video, I will share with you an unreal recipe for delicious chicken thighs😱
The whole secret and magic is in the sauce.

RECIPE and INGREDIENTS ⬇️
Ingredients:
- Carrot 2 pcs (300g)
- Potatoe 2 pcs (750g)
- Chicken thighs 850g
- Salt
- Pepper mix
- Granulated garlic 1 tsp
- Rosemary 1 tsp
- Soy sauce 50 ml
- Honey 2 tbsp
- Smoked paprika 1 tsp
- Soy sauce 100 ml
- Sugar 100g
- Chili flakes 2 tsp
- Cloves 3 pcs
Cut the potatoes and carrots into larger pieces and put them in a baking dish.
Add oil, salt, pepper mix, granulated garlic, rosemary and mix everything well.
Wash the chicken thighs and dry them with paper towels.
Add soy sauce, salt, pepper mix, honey, smoked paprika to the chicken thighs and mix everything well.
Place the thighs on top of the vegetables and cover with foil.
Cook in the oven for 30 minutes at 180°C (350°F).
For the sauce, mix soy sauce, sugar, chili flakes, and cloves in a saucepan.
Put the saucepan on the stove, dissolve the sugar and then cook for another 4-5 minutes on low heat.
After half an hour, remove the vegetables and thighs from the oven, remove the foil and cook for another 20 minutes with the fan on.
Then brush the thighs well with the sauce and cook for a further 10 minutes at 180°C (350°F) with the fan on and enjoy 🤤
