BODY SWING (Perfect effortless swing)

1. Use body to swing
Left arm always pressed to left chest and downswing. If there is gap you will not turn fulling and lose control during impact as hands has to hit the ball

Because of that left arm pressed against chest you will rotate body as hands fall into slot.

2. Flying Elbow

Elbow is the controller. As its attached to right side of body but it do not mean its fixed. it has z axis back and forth movement.

To keep club in slot the elbow has to adjust during downswing.

Its the key move to club to fall in slot instantly

Then you hit through

Goal of golf swing is reduce swing thoughts during down swing

Too fast down swing is bad.

Swing need to be hit with body that mean you hit 70% of the force or energy

But pretty accurate.

You can also shape shots by adjusting body movement

Wrist suppination club face do not change during impact.

Walk and hit golf ball this way. Small shot again and again to train that walk shot feeling to control the distance

Good golf shot is tight slap on the ball.
