6*2+4=16 16*2+8=40 40*2+12=92 92*2+16=200 200*2+20=420 so error is in 96 there should be 92

sir i need suggestion fro filling rrb multipurpose im from jammu n my mother tongue is dogri but i dont have any certificate as u know no study his mothertongue language in school (atleast not possible in jammu bczz we dont have subject of dogri in school life). so can i select dogri as language ??
and 2 is i selected my state as jammu and kashmir so if i choose hindi (as i dont have certificate for my mothertongue language dogri so hindi is last option) as laguage studied upto 10 class .so plzz am i eligble for hindi language state like HP, UP, MP, vihar etc i mean is my merit could be compapred for all hindi states ... or if i go for jammu n theres no option for other state plzz plzz help plzz sir
