in Romania there is a big problem with this series (2.4 ghz), it is not stable or does not work. in general, all internet wifi networks are on 2.4 ghz or 5 ghz

Shure digital wireless mics PGXD and GLXD have bad interference issues, I used BLX with much better results

This unit uses same as cell phone and WiFi 2.4GHz and the mic works fine at the sound check with any empty hall .. As soon as the crowd gets in it starts dropping signals because of all the cellphones around it and WiFi’s ... I have trouble every event.. some one suggested to keep the unit high above at 8feet height ..

Yup same here. I switched over from analogue Shure to this last year and have had no end of trouble with it. I'm on my 2nd mic now thinking maybe there was a fault but the same things are happening with this. I'm a pro singer, and I have not got through a single show without this dropping out multiple times.
I've complained to Shure, getting a refund and going with a Sennheiser.
This mic is garbage and at well over £400 a complete piss take!

I have been using Shure wireless system for over 18 years and this microphone may make me change to Sennheiser. I am a wedding dj and this this mic cuts out intermittently at 80% of my weddings. I test it at home and it works perfectly. Before the wedding its great but once the wedding starts it cuts out. What can I do.

I wish I would have seen this video before purchasing the mic. It is perfect all around except for all the dropouts.
Try to tell guests in a venue to shut off their phones during the reception... it won't happen.
The best tip I've had is to use a frequency scanner to find the best available frequency in the bunch.
2nd best tip I've received is sell that mic and get something else.
