I listened to Clannad since I was a teenager in Texas when their music was played on Sunday night on public radio. Their music helped me survive my dangerous environment. I found solace in their music and their voice in songs. Their music is such beautiful refuge.

Moya obviously won't remember this:
I was a London session musician back in the 80's working on the late Russell Harty's BBC tv show ( in the house band). We came over to Belfast in '83 or '84 to do a one-off show. Clannad were on the bill and I got to shake Moya"s hand and say a few nervous, garbled words to her. Treasured memories!
Interestingly, my friend Mike Moran had quite a lot to do with the Harry's Game score...
