In John 20, we hear the account of Jesus’ empty tomb and His resurrection—the most important event in all of history. But just why is the resurrection of Jesus Christ such a significant event? As we study, we look at seven things the resurrection accomplished that we can be thankful for and learn how we can obtain hope and eternal life because of it.

The blessed hope of the resurrection. What great peace it gives me daily.
I thank you from 3000 miles away (Virginia). My wife and I have struggled greatly to find a place to worship where we find only Bible truth being taught and preached. It blesses my heart to see how packed your church is at Athey Creek. You might be the only non-denominational church left in the Portland OR area that still preaches from the good ole King James Bible. I would love it if the churches that I attend (I go to two churches almost every Sunday) would use the KJB, but they use the ESV, and I don't like several verses in the ESV as compared to the KJB. And another reason why I love your church is that you don't use music from the unorthodox churches in America, like most of the American churches are doing.
Anyway I love watching Athey Creek Church every week, and prophecy updates, and the men's Bible Study. Thank you for airing all of those services. And know that I pray for your church and all churches in the USA and abroad, and I thank God in all that the Church is doing throughout the world.
