I often get asked at conferences, meetups, on Twitter, or via email “What is the best way to learn Spring?” I gave my initial thoughts on that question in my newsletter which you can find a link to below.

Your article linked to the spring blog and every week there is a "this week in spring" post which often features relevant articles and videos that might interest one who is interested in learning those topics.

Here is my take on this. I'm not of the opinion that only practice makes perfect. Practice, does makes perfect but not isolated. Wanting to learn Spring makes sense because of many factors. There is a lot of demand, and it is beautiful and easy to work with. I get a lot of joy working with Spring, but ultimately I think that the best way to learn spring is first to enjoy it, second to learn some theory, and make a lot of mini open source projects for each Spring topic or all together in one big App to practice and finally take the challenge of the Spring Professional exam. That last one is a path to go in real depth on how Spring works. I found even more joy afterward because understanding how Spring works helped me a lot in understanding its so-called "Magic".
