I just put 20 pounds on via their website via the bank optionn as it say's zero fees.
MetroPrepaid have taken 5.40 of only 20 pounds in fees!!
Absolutely criminal.
Taking as horrendously massive percentage when energy cost are also sky high?

Your systems are flaky af, your web portal is down, no warning.
Using the phone system it took me through to customer service 2 out of 3 times because it's poorlt programmed and barely works
Audio quality is terrible

there is not enough time to enter codes.
