When the reporter asked her the question… just the smirk on her face says it all.

"Equity" is intentionally nuanced to sound agreeable like "equality". What it actually means is positive discrimination.

When I went through Hurricane Sally, I got help as did everyone else who needed it. I ended up in a makeshift shelter along with both poor and rich, all of us displaced and in shock. Social workers came in, and talked to ALL of us, assessing our needs.

I’m surprised VP Harris did not blame the hurricane Ian itself for hitting the poor areas hardest!

I hate it when I hear woke people give excuses for the BS I hear come from the VP's mouth. This administration is the reason why I'm voting Republican.

My community was devastated by hurricanes Laura and Delta (6 weeks apart) in 2020. Hurricanes do not care about the color of your skin, the size of your home, how much money you have, or who you voted for. EVERYONE suffers when a natural disaster of that magnitude bears down on where you live. EVERYONE experiences grief, fear, uncertainty, physical exhaustion, and emotional fatigue. Her comments are insulting and disrespectful, adding more proof to her amoral character.

Jessica always scrambles to defend her kind. Too bad they always look bad no matter what

I always cringe right before Jessica starts to speak because I know she is going to put the most bizarre progressive spin on the terrible things that are happening I know it's her function on the show but she seems to truly believe the crazy things she's saying.
