They’re one of the reasons why I love this game so much, and why Lazarevič’s army is my favourite enemy faction in the series, I know Shoreline had something similar but not with a fucking minigun, also they introduced them way better in here than in U4.

I personally like to call them Big And Dangerous Assault Super Soldiers (B.A.D.A.S.S.)
