A Day in the Life at Red Rock Canyon School

Students at Red Rock Canyon School have a full schedule each day. Watch as two of our students go experience a very busy day. From morning chores and school, to helping each other with problems, to dance practice, hiking and enrichment activities, these girls do it all! The program at Red Rock Canyon School helps troubled teens learn the value of caring for others, and find positive outlets for their problems including drug and alcohol addiction, low self-image, failure in school, and authority problems. Students are able to focus on overcoming their problems while helping others to face up to and overcome their own issues.

Red Rock Canyon School is a state-licensed residential treatment facility for adolescents, ages twelve to eighteen, with behavioral and/or emotional problems who require a level of structure and treatment beyond that which is available in traditional outpatient clinics.

In this positive environment, our youth are provided with opportunities to look beyond themselves as they act as positive role models for newer program residents and participate in community service projects. Participation in our enrichment, recreational and vocational training programs further complement their preparation for life challenges and their overall sense of happiness and well-being.

this aint true at all. were is the staff yelling at u, throing u in a room for not getting up, the fights, nasty food. this crap they showing was not there when i was there, 2014-end up 2015. the child side was not this video. it was bad. i even got to do adult side. and no we didnt get field trips either on that side. we got bitched at and eylled at and all sorts of shit. the place overall is hell, im so happy its gone. so many kids and young adults didnt need tog o trhough that. damn
