Just made for breakfast. Delicious! Easier than I expected aswell. Used a small bit of sesemie oil in the batter for extra nuttyness, some sweet potato with the normal potatoes and also used some ginger for some zing.

I don’t use the microwave for as many things just because I personally really hate how like wet and rubbery it can make the texture of whatever u are microwaving, but thank u for the reminder that potatoes do not suffer this curse
