Printing in Excel 7 - Repeat Row & Column Titles on Every Printed Page from Excel - Page Setup

ExcelisHell  would it be possible to repeat rows but not continuously for example I would like row 1-5 then 10-12 to repeat on every sheet and the info in-between to change?
