Thank you for this lesson, Emma. I tried to write the entire text, and I also discovered what a platypus is. What an amazing story! I'm glad to have heard it, and I hope that one day I can see a platypus in its natural habitat too (so I need to go to Australia). Thank you for sharing! 🥰

I honestly think Emma is one of the cutest and more attractive English teacher on YT. However... regarding professionalism, I consider her really proficient. It's a pleasure learning English with her.

This is a great practice format Emma, thank you. Apart from the listening practice, focusing on specific words or word groups is useful for practising your writing skills and learning new vocabulary/collocations/use of prepositions. I missed 3 answers due to speed issues so this is a challenging practice that also demands fast thinking/writing. I hope you consider doing more videos like this one. Thanks again, you're the GOAT.

Hi Emma, I really enjoy your videos, they are amazing. Let ask you somethig. I'm looking for a dictation/writing exercice with the following caracteristics:

1-Native speaker doing the dictation
2-Dictation of a text, not words or frases.
3-The ponctuation been dictated: paragraph, full stop, exclamation point, comma, etc.
4-The last but not least: repeat at least once the group of words dictated.
5-They dictation has to have a good pace. If its too slow, it's bad. If it's too fast it's bad.
**THERE IS NOT SUCH A THING IN WHOLE INTERNET!

Hey Emma, I've noticed one mistake! While you were telling the story, you said at number 10 in years, but when you gave the answers by the end of the video you said for years. I merely wanted to point you out to it!
I find it's a good way to practice one's listening comprehension and see how much you are able to understand. Thank you 🙂

Oh, Emma, if only you know, what a pleasure for a teacher of English to learn from such wonderful lessons of yours! What a lovely story to work with! lots of advanced vocabulary with tricky spelling) Some words were unfamiliar which is great because it only proves the saying "live and learn". Once again, thank you Emma!
