Coin Roll Hunting Nickels - Rare Buffalo found!
Показать описание
Let's hunt nickels for some silver war nickels, buffalo nickels, v nickels and shields! I picked up a few boxes of nickels (first time hunting them in years for me) and I'm excited to get into them.
In this video, I'll open up the second box and share the finds with you all. I will spoil it a bit and let you know that I found a 1926 Buffalo (the date is hard to read but it looks like it's legible enough for me to confirm that it's a 1926). Also, it appears to have a mint-mark between the "E" and the "C". I can't confirm the mint mark for sure but it appears to be a "D" mint mark, making this a great coin. I'll need to confirm it of course, but still a great score!
Thoughts on using "Nic-A-Date?" Should I or not? The coin is in rough condition already so I'm not sure if it would be better to confirm the date and mint using it or leave it as is and send it in hoping the pros confirm it for me... Thoughts?
Let me know how I did in this first box - was it good? Better than average? or was it just an average box?
What do you prefer to hunt? Pennies, Nickels, Dimes, Quarters, Halves?
What's your best score from a box of Nickels? Which of the "Big Banks" do you think gives up the best boxes?
I hope you enjoyed the video!
I plan on posting new ones weekly so please subscribe if you wish to see more.
Thanks for watching!
