the ancient city of Babylon is very much intact i had the pleasure of visiting it today. It hasn't been destroyed by ISIS like some people are saying. True it doesn't look exactly the same as it did in 1932 but most of those structures shown in these pictures are still there today. i really encourage anyone to visit the city. The people are friendly and it will definitely be an experience you wont forget.

The pyramids of Giza were almost 1, 000 years old when Babylon was established just a little reference point how ancient these civilizations are.. absolutely incredible
