Mam you are telling Administration overhead 100-40= 60%
But in question they told 40% so ( 9767*40%)= 3906.8
And also they told 50% of administration overhead head is increased so that 3906.8*50%= 1953.4 . Total over head is 3906.8+1953.4= 5860(round off).
Orels 40% +(40*50%)= 60% 😊 .

In problem it is asked cost of ready units and ready units are 90 (100-10) so after adding 20% profit total selling price need to be divided by 90 units instead of 100 units
Beacuse to complete order of 100units, 110 units need to be manufactured considering 10% scrap rate
