The thing is that from the alpha footage of world we know that adding lagi to a game without underwater combat was already in the plans before the start of fifth gen. Add to that the 3rd place in the popularity poll, and i think lagi is nothing but confirmed at this point. The good thing is that now they had a whole generation to design a new Lagiacrus fight and the tech at their disposal massevly improved from the generations days. Also since there is more freedom during underwater exploration maybe Lagi will have some interaction with that system.

The developers have confirmed that underwater combat will be absent. Lagiacrus is 50/50, either he comes with land-only patterns or he is absent.

As much as I'd love to see Lagi come back so I could get a chance to fight it, I think something like Kuarusepusu would be more fitting with the game's out of control elemental maps and the lack of water combat.. Also, biased, but it's just sooo fun to fight!

I AM JUST IN hr3 and things are already insane yeh there are some good ones but SHIT IS SO INSANE WE NEED TO WAIT FOR A WHILE TO GET THEM BACK espinas was a good starting point but rest needs to wait
