You like the Starbuck's Caramel Frapp? How about McDonald's version? Me TOO! A little too much actually. Here is my rendition of their Caramel Macchiato Frappuccino or Caramel Frapp whichever you want to call it. Pay close attention to the PRO TIPS!

Recipe:

- 2 cups of milk
- 2 tbsp instant coffee
- 2-3 tbsp of sugar or other sweetener
- 2-3 tbs Caramel sauce ( I like Smuckers)
- 10 regular sized ice cubes (use just enough so that the ice is floating still but not so little that it doesn't give you the frappuccino texture)
- whip cream (optional)
- MORE CARAMEL!

Throw in a pinch of xanthan gum (or make a frappe base with it) to help make the consistency smoother, a little thicker, and to keep the mixture from separating.

We just moved to Mexico. Those folks (and much of Latin America) love their instant coffee. Guess I’ll have to learn to like it too. But this is an excellent idea.

Great video brother. I recently purchased a Vitamix. I've been experimenting and I recommend a pinch of xanthun gum to hold the ingredients together. It also thickens the mixture.

Made this with cold decaf mocha coffee, mocha syrup and powdered whole milk and monk fruit sweetener. Yum!

Ok so I just made this and it was really good! Just curious how much coffee to use in this recipe? I used 1/4 cup cold coffee and instead of Caramel I used Smuckers Chocolate When I read the recipe you forgot to list the coffee as an ingredient Anyhow thank you again!

Starbucks uses xanthan gum in their fraps. That’s why they are thicker.

Next time you make reserve enough of finished drink and pour into ice cube tray to avoid loosing flavor by adding ice only (add frozen drink ice cubes).

I know in the video you said a tablespoon or two of coffee, but its not listed how much in the ingredient list, might want to edit it in
