Ural was never thinking of any mercy at all when he sent his thugs to attack Kayi rugs consignment convoy. Or when he arranged for Amanda to get some random bandit gang to attack the Kayi women's convoy. Or when killing Amanda by his own hand.

In my book, a viper like Ural just does not deserve any mercy at all, under any circumstance. Because he might just find an unexpected opportunity to escape and do some serious damage again.
