And I'm bad at the camera again, dammit. It just focuses and unfocuses at times, I thought I was figuring it out but apparently not, le sigh. I think it is because of how close I am to the camera and the focus setting I have it on, so we'll figure it out eventually.
I visited my local rock shop & got some cool things, including a slab of selenite, a clear quartz pendulum, and a crystal grid. The crystal grid didn't make an appearance, but hopefully soon! That one was a cool find made by a small business in Des Moines. Gotta love small businesses!
In this video, we're going to perform some deep breathing exercises, cleanse your aura with selenite, clear your chakras with a quartz pendulum, use some reiki techniques to clear your energy & give you some positive affirmations. Personal attention for days, y'all.
There is also some soft music playing to help distract from any outside noises; I tried to clean the audio up as much as possible but it just be like that sometimes.
