I feel like the original red boiled cheeto stuff would be good to use as fake tomato soup in a mean spirited prank on a small child.

Wouldn't you just make the Mac and cheese and then add the Cheeto

If I were to try this, I would crush the Cheetos to a fine Cheetle using a foot processor, and then replace the pack-in cheese powder with Cheetle. This looks too watery.

mac and cheese with intact cheetos sprinkled-on sounds decent, but making a sauce out of them is just stupid...it's basically shitty spicy polenta soup at that point.
