I made the short strips into blocks, and the middle strip i started with piece 13 instead of 1. Thinking i would get nesting seams, but, i think due to the pieces being opposing angles, it helped a little bit instead of a lot

wondering if I could make the middle row up from end to beginning, fop, to then get nesting seams go make joining rows easier?
