These regions are located in Okinawa Japan, the Los Angeles suburb of Loma Linda, the island of Ikaria in Greece, the Nicoya peninsula in Costa Rica, and the Barbargian region of Sardinia Italy.

One of the more interesting observations I’ve heard was an interview with someone over 80 who finished the Hawaii Ironman. They asked him how could do something so extreme. He said what you can do at 40 has a lot to say about what you can do at 80. Short version: the best time to have started tuning up lifestyle areas was quite a while ago. Second best is today then holding consistency
