NUPI's Russia Conference 2024: Opening Remarks

This year’s conference focused on the domestic situation in Russia and examine developments in state-society relations, the military and the Russian economy after the full-scale invasion of Ukraine in February 2022. The conference was titled "NUPI’s Russia conference 2024: Wartime Russia – weak or strong?"
