START STUDYING, I don't think UGC will Promote Final year students. If they can't conduct exam in September they will conduct in October, November and even in February or March. But UGC will not give Degree without exam😔😔. Even if 1 year of Final year students will be WASTED but they will NOT be PROMOTED ☹️😭😭. So students have much time to score HIGH Grade think positive and start studying.
