It is astounding how many people in the comment section, defending Karl Marx, has no idea of his privileged upbringing. He was an impetuous, greedy, grifter, who would only use people to maintain his comfortable lifestyle. He never worked a day in his life, yet wanted to tell entire countries that he was an expert on the working man. Give me a break. Karl's portrayal is accurate.

Tbf while I agree it's an oversimplified caricature, it's kinda hard to care when socialists do EXACTLY that to capitalists as well, just replace communism with capitalism and replace socialist/communism names with capitalist ones.
Seriously, this is exactly how they portray everyone who isn't drinking their socialism cool aid, they portray them as comically greedy capitalist businessman, or comically evil. So meh, they can take it if they dish it out
