Mr. Tracy you look amazing. I love to hear your advice everyday. Now every time that I have a negative thought or situation. I remember your words " I like myself", " I am responsable", I can do it" then I start repeating them and the words diffuse the issue or the thought. Now, I experience peace of mind and I see oportunities. Thank you, I wish you health, love and prosperity. 😊

I've just finished a personal 30-day mental diet based around Mr. Brian Tracy's ideas/work. I also supplemented them with Mr. Jim Rohn's work. I've lost 4 pounds (went down a pants size), committed to an average of 20-30 hours of studying per week, learned the basics of HTML/CSS, and increased my work productivity two-fold (by my estimation-I used Mr. Tracy's 80/20 pareto principle suggestion, btw, as well his prioritization techniques). Most important of all, I do not feel like ending my life (I'm actually doing daily therapy too, to treat anxiety and depression). Just a month ago I felt like my life had no purpose; as I religiously [re-]wrote my goals every day, my vision became clearer (and it is still expanding), and slowly but surely my life is getting back on track. I'd like to THANK YOU Mr. Tracy. One day I will reach my other goal of attending one of your seminars.

The Goal I wrote down that would make me the most happy; 'To Understand And Apply Self With Effective Success'. What new thing I learned today was to write down all the possible steps and do one every day.

Thank you Brian, for sharing such a great idea. I would like to ask one thing. Here you specified, we have to take action, 7 days in a week. But if our goal is physical fitness, it is said that one day of rest in a week is mandatory. Here I am confused !
