Counts

Which count formula should I be using?

COUNT() will only include cells with numbers
COUNTA() will include all non-empty cells
COUNTBLANK() will only include empty cells
COUNTIF() is an abomination and should never be used
COUNTIFS() allows to you set your own conditions to include
